How to use:

1. Lift the ear flap. Apply a few drops into the ear canal.
2. Gently massage the base of the ear for 20–30 seconds (you'll hear a soft squish — that's the wax loosening).
3. Step back and let your dog shake. They will.
4. Wipe the inside of the flap and any debris with a cotton ball (not a cotton swab — don't go into the canal).
