We stand behind every product we sell at Fuzz & Fetch.

RETURNS
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, email us at support@fuzzfetch.com with your order number. We will reply within 24 hours with return instructions.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, email support@fuzzfetch.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include a photo of the issue and your order number. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm the refund has been approved. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. We do not charge a restocking fee.
