SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE WE SHIP
We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, and most of the European Union. We do not currently ship to other regions. All prices on our store are in US dollars.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.

DELIVERY TIME
Standard delivery takes 7 to 15 business days to the US, UK, and EU. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

SHIPPING COSTS
Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $50 ship for a flat fee of $4.99. Any shipping fees are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

LOST PACKAGES
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, contact us at support@fuzzfetch.com within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement at our discretion.

ORDER CHANGES
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, email support@fuzzfetch.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has shipped we cannot change the address or cancel it.
