1. ABOUT US
Fuzz & Fetch is an online store that sells dog comfort, care, and enrichment products. Our store and website are operated by Fuzz & Fetch.

2. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure checkout. ONERWAY is our primary payment processor. Paystack is our backup payment processor. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice.

3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. Delivery takes 7 to 15 business days from the time your order ships. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

4. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging. See our Refund Policy for full details.

5. PRODUCT USE
Our products are designed for dogs. You are responsible for choosing products that are appropriate for your dog. Fuzz & Fetch does not provide veterinary advice. Consult your veterinarian for any health, dietary, or behavior concerns about your dog. We are not liable for misuse of our products.

Fuzz & Fetch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
